As an Oracle Cloud ERP Architect,you will be responsible for designing and governing end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that align with client business strategies and technology landscapes. You will lead solution architecture across functional and technical domains, ensuring scalable, integrated, and high-performing implementations. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, strong cross-functional knowledge, and the ability to guide both clients and delivery teams through complex transformations.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead the overall solution architecture for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and IT strategy
- Serve as the primary architectural authority across functional and technical workstreams, including Financials, Procurement, Projects, and integrations
- Translate business strategies and requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Oracle Cloud ERP solution designs
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance processes across the program lifecycle
- Lead current-state assessments and future-state architecture design, including application, data, integration, and reporting frameworks
- Design end-to-end business process flows and ensure seamless integration across key domains such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
- Provide guidance on complex configuration decisions, extensions, and customizations while promoting Oracle Cloud best practices and minimizing technical debt
- Oversee integration architecture, including inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware strategies, and third-party system alignment
- Define data migration and data governance strategies, including data quality, conversion, and reconciliation approaches
- Collaborate with technical teams on reporting architecture, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and data warehouse integrations
- Identify and manage architectural risks, issues, and trade-offs, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
- Review and approve functional and technical design documents to ensure architectural consistency and quality
- Mentor functional and technical leads, providing architectural oversight and ensuring adherence to standards
- Support pre-sales and business development activities, including solutioning, architecture visioning, and client presentations
- Contribute to the development of Peloton methodologies, accelerators, and reusable architecture assets
Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience delivering ERP solutions, with significant experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, leading at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Financials with broad knowledge across additional ERP domains (Procurement, Projects, SCM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes and their system interdependencies
- Experience designing and implementing complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture, including security, data structures, and extensibility frameworks
- Experience with data migration strategies, tools, and reconciliation processes
- Solid understanding of reporting and analytics architecture within Oracle Cloud environments
- Proven ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints and platform capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive-level audiences
- Experience leading distributed teams and working in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments

Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle Cloud certifications across Financials or other ERP modules
- Experience with multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM)
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience with cloud integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with data warehousing, reporting strategies, and enterprise analytics platforms
- Exposure to industry-specific solutions or regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP)
Compensation: Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $190,000 to $275,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
