Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Military Experience in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field).
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment engineering technician role.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, troubleshooting, calibration, and Mil standard knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and calibration
- Skills:
- Understanding of electro-mechanical equipment relationships.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic Microsoft Skills, Word, Excel, Email
- Critical Thinking ability, Risk taking, out of the box thinker.
- Fast learner, willingness to take Initiative's. Eager to learn, Energetic, Accept constructive feedback and application
- Strong work ethic and Accountability. Able to learn from mistakes, provide solutions, improve systems, procedures and move forward.

Work Environment:
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Work Schedule:
- This position is for second shift and will require 6-12 months on day shift training 6 a.m. to 2:30 PM. Second shift Hours will be 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Ability to work a standard 40-hour work week with occasional overtime.

The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:
Leominster, MA Minimum of $80,500 salary per year / Maximum of $110,700 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
