Position SummaryThe Sr. PLC Application Engineer Lead serves as a technical authority-owning standards, complex logic, and mentoring for PLC teams.
Key Responsibilities- Define reusable code libraries and standards; review and approve complex PLC logic.
- Lead troubleshooting and performance improvements during commissioning.
- Coach engineers; plan training and capability development.
Qualifications- 10+ years PLC programming with deep Rockwell/Siemens expertise; leadership experience.
- Proficiency in industrial networking and safety interlocks.
Education & Certifications- Bachelor's in Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent experience.

Work Environment & Physical RequirementsPrimarily office/remote environment with travel to facilities, project sites, and client/vendor meetings as needed.
