Summary

Position: CRM Functional Analyst Onshore

Location: Malvern, PA Onsite

Type of Employment: 12+ Months Contract

Role Description:

Relevant Experience (Yrs) BA with 8+ years of career reflecting strong qualifications in Consulting and Enterprise CRM Functional Modules

Excellent Communication &presentation skills

Experience of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, application developments and support
Worked on large CRM transformation from discovery to design to go-live.
Worked closely with customer teams on qualifying requirements, working with Dev teams on sprint completions and ensuring QA
Deep eateries in Dynamics CRM functional area on Sales/Services domains.
Knowledge and Skills in the D365 Customer Insights services.
Worked on detailed gap analysis and requirement and worked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Involved in various project activities like
- Discovery, process mapping and CRP/design/Demo lead workshops with business stakeholders
- Requirement Gathering
- Gap Fit Analysis
Should have a good understanding of Core CRM Processes, Copilot capabilities in M365/D365
D365 CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable)
Roles & Responsibilities Lead Business Analyst for CRM Transformation
Create functional specifications by interacting with client stakeholders
Able to work in agile delivery model
Conduct CRM approach workshops to the stakeholders
