Basic QualificationsRequires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Responsibilities for this PositionROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced software solutions for undersea sensor applications. You will work closely with and will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high performance, reliable, and scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and optimize software for undersea sensor applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and systems in undersea applications.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain documentation for algorithms, software, and systems.

- Experience developing in a Linux environment.
- Active DoD or DoW Secret security clearance.

- Knowledge of underwater acoustics and sonar systems.

- Experience with MATLAB or similar tools for algorithm development and simulation.
- Active DoD or DoW Top Secret security clearance.
