Brief Job Description (JD):
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with expertise in NICE inContact (NICE CXone) Chat & Email and Cyara Automation to support end-to-end UI testing for a leading client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and executing automated E2E test scenarios using Cyara, validating Chat & Email workflows, and ensuring high-quality customer interaction experiences. The role requires a strong QA automation background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an onsite environment.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with NICE inContact (NICE CXone) Chat & Email UI testing.
- Strong experience with Cyara Automation for end-to-end testing.
- Expertise in UI and functional test automation.
- Experience with test planning, execution, defect tracking, and regression testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Ability to collaborate with development, business, and QA teams.
