Job Summary
seeking experienced Power Validation Engineers to support hardware board bring-up and power validation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience validating medium- to high-power rails, performing electrical measurements, troubleshooting power-related issues, and using laboratory test equipment.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform hardware board bring-up and power validation.
· Validate and characterize medium- to high-power voltage rails.
· Perform voltage, current, power, ripple, and noise measurements.
· Analyze and troubleshoot power-related issues during board bring-up.
· Work with Voltage Regulator (VR) circuits and power delivery concepts.
· Perform power ripple and stability analysis.
· Use laboratory equipment for electrical validation and debugging.
· Document test results, measurements, and validation findings.
· Collaborate with hardware, electrical, firmware, and system engineering teams.
· Use basic Linux commands for system testing and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
· 5–12 years of experience in Power Validation, Hardware Validation, or Electrical Validation.
· Strong hands-on experience with board bring-up.
· Experience validating medium- to high-power rails.
· Good understanding of VR circuits and power delivery.
· Strong knowledge of power ripple, noise, and electrical measurements.
· Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMMs), electronic loads, spectrum analyzers, and other laboratory test equipment.
· Basic knowledge of Linux commands.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with server, networking, computing, or high-performance hardware.
· Experience working in hardware validation laboratories.
· Knowledge of Power Integrity (PI) is a plus.
