Summary

Role: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Department: Product & Operations

Reports To: Director or Vice President, Product & Operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role.
Proven experience analyzing and improving complex business processes in highly regulated environments.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements for enterprise applications and operational systems.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process discovery sessions.
Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, business rules documentation, and requirement specifications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Advanced proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

•

Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and operational control frameworks.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Familiarity with SQL and data querying tools.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar business analysis tools.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.
Experience leading large-scale process transformation and automation initiatives.
