Location: Austin, TX — Onsite, 5 days/week

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, uncover business rules, and translate operational needs into clear requirements and scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, data, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead process discovery sessions with Operations, Compliance, Client Services, Settlement, and Product teams.
• Document current/future-state workflows, business rules, and process dependencies.
• Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide actionable insights to support business and operational decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience preferred.
• Strong process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Financial services, regulated, or operations experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
