A bit about us:
Our client is a full-service public accounting firm with deep roots in the Midwest, providing tax, accounting, and business consulting services to a diverse client base including closely held businesses, agribusiness, real estate, construction, healthcare, nonprofits, and professional services firms. With 83 professionals across 6 offices, the firm has built its reputation on a team-based advisory model, every client is served by the whole firm, not just one person.
What sets this firm apart is its intentional focus on underserved markets. Rather than competing in saturated metro areas, they plant flags in communities where quality accounting advisory is genuinely hard to find and where strong client relationships are built to last.
The firm is in active growth mode, with plans to reach 150-200 professionals over the next three years through organic growth and strategic acquisitions of smaller firms. This is a firm that knows where it's going.
Why join us?
Flexible hybrid schedule: the firm trusts you to get the work done
Real path to partnership: clearly defined and actively supported.
Two tracks, both valued: whether you want to be a career-level technical expert or go all the way to partner, there's a place for you here
Growth you can see: the firm is expanding, acquiring, and scaling; the people here now will shape what it looks like at 200
Community-first footprint: offices in markets that need great CPAs, not looking to compete with the big firms, but looking to provide service where service is valued
Entrepreneurial culture: leadership wants builders; if you have ideas about how to grow a practice, develop clients, or do things differently, they want to hear them
Strong client engagement: this is a relationship firm; you'll know your clients and they'll know you
