Audit and Regulatory Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Brookhaven, GA that is seeking an Audit and Regulatory Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Provide audit, regulatory, and governance support by developing defensible documentation and evidence packages that demonstrate control effectiveness and compliance
* Develop justification and supporting documentation for AI Security Standards Federation initiatives
* Author and maintain regulatory, audit, and control-related documentation
* Validate and articulate the completeness and accuracy of control evidence
* Translate technical designs and security requirements into auditor- and regulator-ready artifacts
* Support audit and regulatory reviews by responding to evidence requests and inquiries
* Work independently with technical teams to understand architectures, controls, and implementation details without requiring extensive technical guidance

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong audit, regulatory and governance experience
* Experience developing audit- and regulator-ready documentation and evidence packages
* Experience authoring and maintaining regulatory, audit and control-related documentation
* Ability to validate and clearly articulate the completeness and accuracy of control evidence
* Ability to translate technical designs and security requirements into auditor- and regulator-ready artifacts
* Experience supporting audit and regulatory reviews, including responding to evidence requests and inquiries
* Ability to work independently with technical teams to understand architectures, controls and implementation details
* Strong technical documentation and written communication skills
* Ability to understand technical concepts without requiring extensive technical guidance
* Must be located outside of Mountain and Pacific time zones (Eastern or Central only)
* Cybersecurity audit, risk, compliance or governance experience
* Experience with AI governance, controls or standards

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
