JOB DUTIES: Using financial, and economic analysis to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue achievable and measurable targets for IT consulting services; Conducting business process sessions in a complex matrix work environment with offshore and onshore teams; with internal employees, clients as well as contractors working across USA; Collaborate with 4Ci’s Senior Management to align the goals with performance scoring models and use it to formulate actionable tasks, and business processes; Designing as-is and to-be future state process flows on MS Visio using BPMN diagrams for key process groups, and create process models, specifications, diagrams and/or charts based upon user requirements to provide direction; Support sales function by providing timely inferences based on data and advising on clients’ response rate to direct sales effort towards clients with higher success ratio; Use statistical modelling to analyze usage reports from web-based applications used by the team such as 4Ci Website, Dice, Bullhorn, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter Professional to reduce inefficiencies in processes and suggest alternatives for optimum utilization of the paid tools; Collaborate with parties, such as vendors, users, or members of IT, in order to resolve problems reported by users. Leverage understanding of contract clauses, labor laws, taxation policies to develop documents such as authorization letters, non-compete agreements, right to represent and rate confirmation documents, and provide training to users on the same; Create processes and provide evidence by building data reports and indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and eradicate redundancies; Conducting high-level conversations with senior executives at client/prospective client accounts to understand their business needs and to anticipate the evolution of client needs and assist management in translating those into IT service offerings; Building relationships with existing customers and partners through consistent follow up, reliable communication and frequent updates on product and service developments; Supports development and execution of innovative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets. Supports full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer rollout across multiple service lines while ensuring alignment with workforce demands. Supports preparation of recruitment metrics, resource utilization reports, allocation dashboards, and key performance indicator tracking including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and staffing progress updates for leadership review. Assists in recruitment optimization, process automation, continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring recruiters to enhance sourcing capabilities and ensure delivery against hiring targets and service level agreements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration in Information Technology and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience supporting development and execution of innovative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets. Supporting full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer rollout across multiple service lines while ensuring alignment with workforce demands.
