Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Developer-Java/J2EE Specialist with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and team members to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions under tight deadlines. This role requires a strong background in Java, Spring framework, relational databases, and a solid understanding of financial systems.
Responsibilities: - Engage business users to define requirements and design tools supporting trade analytics, pooling and securitization, trade capture, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Develop applications, prototypes, and provide high-level technical consulting.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to deliver technology solutions within tight deadlines.
- Predict effects of configuration changes, identify application bottlenecks, and optimize performance.
- Support issue resolution and handle ad-hoc requests for business partners within the I&CM division.
Qualifications: - 7 to 10 years of IT experience in design, development, integration, and testing of J2EE-based software solutions.
- Proficiency in servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), and JDBC.
- 7 to 10 years of experience with relational databases such as Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, and/or DB2.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with tools like Eclipse, GIT, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins for managing, building, and deploying code.
- 3 to 5 years of experience designing and executing JUnit test cases using the Mockito framework.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Preferred Skills: - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Ability to evaluate situations critically, make decisions, and solve problems efficiently.
- Adaptability to new environments and projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
- Effectiveness in handling continuous change and meeting short deadlines.
- Demonstrated business acumen, problem-solving skills, and relationship management abilities.
- Experience with Python and AI technologies.

Pay Range: $90- $100
