The Opportunity: As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing and securing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a scrum master like you to create solutions that'll change the world.
On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You'll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like JIRA, you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
In this role, you'll directly impact the DoW by helping drive the development of a real-time enterprise data and AI system. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum sof tware development, AI / ML project management, and tactical planning and delivery while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve national security.

You Have: - 2+ years of experience with sof tware development in a professional or academic environment
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience with JIRA and version control, including Git
- Knowledge of cloud, data, DevOps or CI/CD, multi-enclave deployments, and AI tools
- Ability to identify risks, bottlenecks, and solutions
- Ability to perform on-time multi-enclave cloud and on-prem deployments for a high functioning team of at least 20 developers
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED

- Possession of excellent active listening, conflict resolution, and stakeholder e nga gement skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams

- Master's degree
- Certified Scrum Master ( CSM ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
