ARSIEM is looking for a motivated
Application Developer to join the Eurasia & Western Hemisphere mission. The Developer will collaborate directly with mission stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to capture requirements then design, develop and deploy end-to-end technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact to mission workflows. This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities- By working within the cloud environment and customer specific data repositories, create user-facing applications, develop and maintain RESTful APIs, incorporate data visualizations, and establish CI/CD pipelines for secure deployment. Successful solutions will deliver immediate operational value to the analysts.
- Develop end-to-end applications that integrate front-end U/I with back-end services to support analyst workflows.
Minimum Qualifications- Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories required
- Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Python, PySpark, Java, Javascript; solid experience with XKS, Mission Data Repositories, GM, LABBENCH, PRESSUREWAVE, Elasticsearch, Git repositories
Preferred Qualifications- Docker, Kubernetes, collection cycle, database queries
$126,000 - $141,000 a year
The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.

Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? The bonus for this position is $10,000, and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we can place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches six months of employment.
