Job Overview:
Pay Range: $35.07hr - $40.07hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a GMP environment.
- Experience maintaining a Clean Room.
- Experience working on computers, specifically Microsoft Word.
- Experience documenting work in computer maintenance systems.
- Familiarity with GMP Change Process, work orders, and ISO standards.
- Availability to be on call.
- Experience in management of repair and improvement projects and managing vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems, and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace.
- Performs operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment including HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, and Plumbing.
- Handles move and installation of equipment and or furniture.
- Documents work accurately within computer maintenance systems.
- Manages repair and improvement projects and coordinates with vendors.

- Experience working in hospitals or semiconductor environments.
