Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer / Project Manager to support facilities engineering, equipment installation, and capital projects within a semiconductor or high-volume technical manufacturing environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of facilities engineering, project management, manufacturing operations, equipment installation, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage facilities and capital projects from planning and design through installation and completion.
  • Support facilities systems and infrastructure within a semiconductor/high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Coordinate equipment installations, facility modifications, utility requirements, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, EHS, maintenance, contractors, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, vendors, contractors, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate permitting, inspections, safety requirements, and applicable codes/regulations.
  • Support reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and other critical facility systems.
  • Develop project scopes, cost estimates, RFQs/RFPs, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project execution, quality, schedule, and cost while driving timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide technical direction and coordinate internal teams, technicians, contractors, and vendors.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities engineering, facilities management, facilities systems, equipment installation, engineering projects, and/or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience managing facility or capital projects in a manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, or technical environment.
  • Experience with equipment installation, facility modifications, infrastructure upgrades, or capital projects.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of facilities systems, project execution, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, schedules, and budgets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Skillsets:
  • Experience working with EHS, permitting, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Experience with facilities/capital project budgeting, cost estimating, RFQ/RFP processes, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with CMMS, project tracking, KPIs, and facilities documentation.
Education:
  • Bachelor''s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
