Job Details
Attend and coordinate project job walks during preconstruction
Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and analyze subcontractor bids
Generate bid tabulations and quantity take-offs across multiple disciplines
Participate in constructability reviews and project pursuit activities
Lead project budgeting, estimating, and cost analysis efforts
Conduct daily project walks with Superintendents to ensure progress and safety compliance
Coordinate Site Specific Safety Plans and review Job Hazard Analyses
Draft owner contracts and subcontract agreements for executive review
Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and project stakeholders
Prepare and review monthly owner billings and project financial reports
Track, negotiate, and manage owner and subcontractor change orders
Approve subcontractor invoices and oversee project financial closeout
Manage RFIs, submittals, change order logs, and project documentation
Coordinate drawing sets, addenda, procurement activities, and project communications
Develop, maintain, and update master project schedules
Prepare rolling three-week schedules and proactively identify project risks
Lead subcontractor meetings and participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings
Review subcontractor and vendor drawings for specification compliance
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues
Supervise, mentor, and develop Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Administrators
Coordinate project resources and manpower to ensure successful project execution
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies
Maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
