Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital advertising initiatives across multiple paid media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
This role focuses on the operational side of advertising campaigns-helping manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, creative assets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively. This is not a hands-on campaign-building role, but the ideal candidate will be familiar with paid media terminology, campaign objectives, performance metrics, and digital marketing workflows.
The team also utilizes AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and streamline marketing deliverables, so experience working with AI-powered tools is important.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage advertising-related projects across digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure campaigns, creative assets, timelines, and deliverables are progressing according to plan.
- Support budget tracking and maintain an understanding of how advertising budgets are allocated across campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with digital marketing and paid media specialists, with a strong grasp of campaign terminology, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Review project status, identify risks or delays, and help keep advertising initiatives on schedule.
- Assist in organizing creative assets, campaign requirements, approvals, and launch timelines.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to support research, content development, and project execution.
- Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure deliverables align with business goals and brand standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and AI-enabled workflows that streamline marketing operations and deliverables.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support ongoing advertising efforts and brand growth
Requirements Qualifications- Experience in an agency environment preferred.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and paid media workflows.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and cross-functional teams when needed.
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in or experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
