Compensation: $134 - $144 hourly
Role Overview
A Technical Program Manager (TPM) in this specialized role will drive the execution of complex technical programs and projects. The TPM will leverage technical expertise, program leadership, and strategic influence to proactively identify and solve problems, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, and increase execution efficiency and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Help define the right scope, goals, and metrics for projects and programs.
- Build alignment between teams and coordinate dependencies.
- Identify risks early and work to reduce surprises.
- Keep stakeholders informed and ensure transparency.
- Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Enhance process structures to support project teams.
- Advocate for quality in technical design and system architectures.
- Influence team culture for higher product quality.
