RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Paid Media Lead in Miami, FL.
Summary:
The client is looking for a marketing professional with expertise in paid media operations, performance marketing, audience management, and campaign execution. This role is responsible for driving digital advertising initiatives across search, programmatic display, paid social, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and strategic partner marketing programs. The ideal candidate will oversee campaign delivery from planning through optimization while ensuring accurate targeting, measurement, tracking, and reporting.
Essential Functions:
Paid Media Management:
* Lead the execution and ongoing management of digital advertising campaigns across paid search, display, retargeting, lower-funnel acquisition channels, dynamic creative campaigns, and strategic partnership initiatives
* Coordinate campaign launches, monitor performance throughout flight dates, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver post-campaign analysis and recommendations
* Collaborate closely with external media agencies to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, promotional priorities, and budget goals
Agency & Campaign Coordination:
* Provide agencies with campaign requirements, promotional schedules, website updates, measurement frameworks, product offers, and conversion benchmarks on a recurring basis
* Review and approve advertising copy, creative assets, keyword strategies, and campaign updates to ensure consistency with brand standards and marketing objectives
* Support campaign planning by validating assets, landing pages, tracking parameters, and promotional messaging before launch
Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO):
* Own the dynamic creative workflow including feed management, pricing updates, image libraries, content mapping, and platform integrations
* Partner with technical teams and vendors to support API connectivity, quality assurance efforts, and creative validation processes
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
