Job Description:-

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development leader with 10+ years of experience in SAP and Digital Services/solutions sales in the U.S. to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and establish a strong pipeline of SAP, digital transformation, and technology services opportunities for our offshore delivery center in India. We are mid-sized company with operations in Australia, MENA, India, and USA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling SAP services and digital transformation solutions in the U.S. market, with established relationships across enterprise and mid-market clients.
This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing C-level relationships, leading consultative sales, shaping solutions with offshore delivery teams, and converting opportunities into long-term engagements.
This is a hunter/farmer leadership role requiring a combination of strategic business development, enterprise sales, account management, solution positioning, and strong understanding of offshore delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

U.S. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute a U.S. go-to-market strategy for SAP and Digital Services.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline covering SAP implementation, transformation, AMS, managed services, cloud, data, AI, and digital engineering.
Drive opportunities around SAP S/4HANA, SAP transformation, SAP Cloud, SAP AMS, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics, and related SAP services.
Position end-to-end SAP capabilities including implementation, migration, integration, testing, application management, and managed services.
Build demand for complementary digital capabilities such as: Cloud & Cloud Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI / GenAI, Digital Engineering, DevOps & Automation, Quality Engineering and Testing
Act as the primary U.S. business interface to the offshore delivery organization.
Experience selling deals in the $500K – $5M+ range.
