Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a release engineering, configuration management, or software engineering role (DevOps, SRE, SDET, SWE, Build Engineer)
Expertise with SCM systems (git preferred), release engineering, branching strategies, pull requests, git workflows
Expertise with scripting languages like Python, Go, Bash, JavaScript The ability to adapt quickly to new technical environments and resolve sophisticated problems
Expertise working with engineering and project management teams, which requires strong communication and coordination skills
Experience with Unix/Terminal/Command Line/Bash
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to propose changes and improvements, and communicate system status automatically and efficiently in ways that incentivize process improvement.
Expertise in configuration management for deploying, configuring, and managing servers and systems.
Experience with databases (SQL, Non-rel)
Expertise with continuous integration systems (ex. Jenkins)
Familiarity with highly scalable distributed systems, parallel workflows and microservices.
Specific experience defining and driving data structures, APIs, or persistence layers for communication features
