Summary

This position is 100% remote

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader, coach, and facilitator responsible for enabling an Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver value effectively, predictably, and continuously. The RTE works across multiple Agile teams, Product Management, Architecture, and business stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, improve flow, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Rather than directing work, the RTE enables teams and leaders to collaborate effectively, make informed decisions, remove impediments, and achieve desired business outcomes. The RTE serves as the primary facilitator of ART planning, coordination, execution, and learning while helping the organization adopt Lean-Agile principles and practices.
