Description
We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon) to strengthen and expand our Amazon business in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is suited for someone who can balance multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and use marketplace performance insights to improve visibility, conversion, and sales results. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Amazon Marketplace and Amazon Retail operations, along with a practical approach to content, strategy, and ongoing optimization in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day execution of the company's Amazon presence, ensuring product listings, brand content, and merchandising remain accurate and competitive.
Analyze sales trends, traffic, conversion, and assortment performance across Amazon channels, then turn findings into clear recommendations for improvement.
Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and content teams to align marketplace activities with broader business goals.
Oversee product detail pages and CMS-driven content updates to improve discoverability, customer engagement, and overall listing quality.
Monitor Amazon Marketplace and Amazon Retail performance to identify opportunities related to pricing, content, assortment, and promotional effectiveness.
Prioritize and coordinate multiple e-commerce initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to deadlines, accuracy, and business impact.
Support strategic enhancements to the Amazon channel by recommending actions that strengthen brand presence and improve commercial outcomes.
Requirements
Hands-on experience managing Amazon Marketplace and/or Amazon Retail business activities within a retail e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of e-commerce strategy, including product content optimization, digital merchandising, and performance analysis.
Proficiency with content management systems and maintaining accurate, high-quality online product information.
Ability to interpret performance data and convert reporting into practical actions that improve sales and customer experience.
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of retail e-commerce best practices and the factors that influence visibility, conversion, and revenue on Amazon.
Familiarity with AWS or related technical environments is beneficial.
