Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in a delivery/project management role.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PMI-ACP is good to have.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, full-stack software products from inception to deployment.
- Manage project timelines, scope, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Enforce Agile practices, leading Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and removing team roadblocks.
- Ensure code quality and architectural alignment across Java and Angular ecosystems.
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, QA engineers, and tech leads.
- Manage senior stakeholders, providing transparent status reports, metrics, and governance.
- Drive performance evaluations, technical growth plans, and hiring for the delivery unit.
Skills:
- Core Java & Spring: Deep understanding of Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
- Proven experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Strong grasp of Angular (v12+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management (NgRx).
- Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
