Must-Have Skills:

* 5+ years of application maintenance & development experience
* 5+ years of CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen development
* 5+ years of SQL experience
* 5+ years of Java/J2EE development with Jakarta EE and ORM frameworks
* Experience supporting legacy modernization, re-platforming, or migration of CA Gen applications to Java-based solutions

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze, design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications
* Support Texas Medicaid applications built using CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen
* Contribute to modernization initiatives by migrating legacy applications to Java-based, cloud-ready solutions
* Support existing production applications while driving modernization efforts
