Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a Platform Reliability Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or IT Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining platform reliability, availability, and performance while supporting production environments, automation, observability, and release management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage platform administration, configuration, integrations, and lifecycle activities.
· Ensure platform availability, performance, security, and operational readiness.
· Execute upgrades, patching, release deployments, regression testing, and rollback planning.
· Monitor systems using logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts to troubleshoot production issues.
· Automate operational tasks and enable self-service workflows.
· Support incident, problem, change, release, and asset management processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve platform reliability.
