* Write clear, compelling creative briefs that give cross-functional channel teams the strategy, audience, message, and success metrics they need to execute with speed and quality
* Project-manage complex, multi-channel campaigns end to end - own timelines, dependencies, owners, and launch readiness, keeping work on track across many moving parts
* Support ongoing operational rhythms - including reporting to leadership and channel partners, and maintaining a single source of truth for strategy, messaging, and performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS required, MBA preferred
* 5-8+ years of experience in product marketing strategy and cross-functional execution
* Demonstrated messaging and positioning expertise - a track record of turning product capabilities into customer-ready value propositions, claims, and reasons-to-believe

* Excellent project management and a process-oriented mindset for operationalizing complex, multi-channel campaigns with exceptional attention to detail
* Highly analytical and problem-solving orientation; Comfort with different testing methodologies and synthesizing inputs from multiple data sources to analyze ROI, develop big insights, and make recommendations that unlock growth
* Understanding of the SMB market; Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services preferred
* Demonstrated high levels of ownership, cross functional communication, responsibility, initiative, and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a support role, taking direction from a senior leader while owning the execution of key tasks
* A proactive, resourceful individual who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and is driven by measurable results
