Marketing Manager III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Manager III to join their team in Mountain View, CA.

Summary:
The client's QuickBooks has leveraged Direct Mail as a channel to acquire new users the newly launched Business Credit Card as well as its lending products. With high ROI from this channel and continued growth potential we are expanding our investment and effort here. We are looking for a marketing specialist with experience in planning and executing direct mails campaigns for identified product offerings.

This role allows for end-to-end leadership in developing and rolling out the roadmap for this channel and involves high collaboration with external agencies as well as multiple internal teams like product, product marketing, analytics and design teams.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross functional team to identify opportunities for direct mail campaign
* Develop and implement direct mail campaigns to effectively reach specific target audiences
* Generate compelling content and design elements for direct mail materials
* Develop a learning agenda for each campaign and partner closely with analytics to analyze and assess campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization
* Be in the know of the industry trends and adherence to the best practices in direct mail marketing

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven track record in direct mail marketing for Credit Card and lending products
* Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and interpret campaign performance
* Proficient in project management, ensuring timely deliverables
* Strong strategic thinking and creative skills
* Strong collaboration skill set and ability to communicate effectively in situations where hard messages have to be delivered
* Capacity to work independently and meet established deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
