Digital Content & Marketing Communications Specialist Contract: 6 Months
Location: Murrysville, PA 15668

Job Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content & Marketing Communications Specialist to support marketing communications, digital content, and digital shelf initiatives. The role will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop content, manage product information, and support digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support marketing communications campaigns and digital content.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Digital Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Manage internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Provide project management, track deliverables, and meet deadlines.
Support content harmonization and product information management across systems and channels.
Support digital shelf and content syndication initiatives for third-party e-commerce partners.
Maintain product information across multiple systems and channels.
Track and communicate marketing KPIs and support optimization.
Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure content compliance.

Required Qualifications

5 10 years of experience in marketing operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, marketing communications, or related fields.
Experience developing marketing communications campaigns and digital content.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
Experience managing external agencies/vendors.
Strong project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, technology, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience with CMS/PIM platforms, particularly Salsify.
Experience with digital shelf/content syndication platforms.
Experience with legal/regulatory approval processes.
Experience managing product information across multiple digital systems and channels.
