5+ years delivering cloud-based Data & Analytics solutions
Hands-on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience
Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale data platform initiatives
Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across data ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, and reporting
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders
Strong understanding of:
Agile methodologies
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
DevOps practices
DataOps practices
Proven ability to manage:
Project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and release schedules
Budget, scope, resource utilization, and delivery metrics
Risks, issues, blockers, and dependency management
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release management
Ability to lead technical discussions with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field | Experience delivering enterprise data platforms
Experience with Data Lake architectures
Experience with Data Mesh architectures
Knowledge of modern Data Engineering frameworks and architectural patterns
Experience implementing enterprise data capabilities including:
a.Data movement and integration solutions

Understanding of:
a. Enterprise architecture standards

Experience with change management and project governance processes
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives across Agile, DevOps, and DataOps teams
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments | Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification

PMP Certification
SAFe Agilist Certification
Scrum Master / Agile certifications
Experience establishing DataOps best practices and delivery frameworks
Experience defining and implementing delivery KPIs and executive dashboards
Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud modernization or data transformation programs
Experience improving operational efficiency through automation and engineering best practices
