Technical Program Manager

Role: Technical Delivery Lead – Google Cloud Platform Data & Analytics Platform

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: Long term project

Mandatory Skills:

·        8+ years of Technology Delivery / Program Management / Technical Project Leadership experience

·        5+ years delivering cloud-based Data & Analytics solutions

·        Hands-on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience

·        Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale data platform initiatives

·        Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across data ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, and reporting

·        Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure, Data Governance, and Business stakeholders

Strong understanding of:

Agile methodologies

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

DevOps practices

DataOps practices

Proven ability to manage:

·        Project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and release schedules

·        Budget, scope, resource utilization, and delivery metrics

·        Risks, issues, blockers, and dependency management

·        Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release management

·        Ability to lead technical discussions with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders

·        Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills

·        Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Secondary Skills:

·        Experience delivering enterprise data platforms

·        Experience with Data Lake architectures

·        Experience with Data Mesh architectures

·        Knowledge of modern Data Engineering frameworks and architectural patterns

·        Experience implementing enterprise data capabilities including:

·        a.Data movement and integration solutions

·        b. Analytics platforms

·        c. Reporting and BI solutions

Understanding of:

a. Enterprise architecture standards

b. Security and compliance requirements

c. Data governance frameworks

Experience with change management and project governance processes

Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives across Agile, DevOps, and DataOps teams

Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
