RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Reporting and AI Automation Analyst in Nashville, TN (Onsite 5 Days/Week).
Summary:
The AI Automation Analyst will support Procurement by transforming Asana project data into actionable dashboards, building a centralized SharePoint hub, and driving AI adoption across the organization. This role combines reporting, process improvement, automation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver meaningful business insights and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Dashboard Development:
* Design and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide real-time visibility into procurement initiatives, pipeline health, project status, risks, and priorities
* Automate data refresh processes to ensure reporting accuracy and eliminate manual updates
* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve decision-making
SharePoint Administration:
* Design, build, and launch a centralized Procurement SharePoint site
* Establish and maintain content, tools, resources, documentation, and reporting assets
* Drive user adoption and ensure the platform remains relevant and up to date
AI Enablement & Process Automation:
* Develop and deliver AI training focused on practical Procurement use cases, including sourcing, vendor communications, proposal evaluations, negotiations, and spend analysis
* Create reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflows that improve efficiency and productivity
* Lead training sessions, office hours, and change management efforts to increase AI adoption
* Identify and implement automation opportunities within Asana and Procurement workflows, including approvals, data validation, and process tracking
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7+ years in data analytics, BI/dashboard development, or reporting automation, ideally with procurement or finance data
* Proficiency with a modern BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and strong Excel skills; SharePoint site-building experience preferred
* Practical, hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to real business workflows, plus the ability to train non-technical users
* Comfortable working directly from Asana as a live data source and translating messy inputs into clean, trustworthy reporting
* Strong communication skills - able to explain technical work to a non-technical executive audience
* Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
* Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration and site development
* Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow optimization initiatives
* Knowledge of Asana or other project management platforms
* Strong stakeholder communication, training, and change management skills
* Ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting and automation solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
