Role: Datacenter Field Operations Technician

Location: New Albany, OH (Onsite) Locals will be prefrred

Type: Full-Time / Contract(W2 Only)

• We are seeking experienced Datacenter Field Operations Technicians to support a global hyperscaler campus.
• This is a hands-on troubleshooting and break-fix role involving structured cabling, fiber optics, rack & stack, hardware installation, and physical-layer network repair.
• Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance, circuit QA/testing, break/fix repairs, and rack activity services.
• Candidates should have 5–8+ years of experience in data center cabling, fiber installation/testing, and large-scale rack deployments.
• Expertise in copper/fiber cabling (Cat6A, OM4, OS2, MPO/MTP), fiber splicing/OTDR testing, and hardware handling is required.
• Familiarity with liquid cooling systems (AALC), barcode asset workflows, and hyperscale environments is preferred.

The role is onsite only, with 24×7 coverage across 3 rotating shifts ( Candidate need to work on rotating Shifts).

Physical requirements include lifting 50+ lbs, working at heights, and extended PPE use.
