Epicor Technical Specialist
Location: New Oxford, Pennsylvania
Work Arrangement: On-site
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Epicor Technical Specialist to become a key member of our team and take ownership of our Epicor ERP environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Epicor professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving business processes, and working directly with users and stakeholders. You'll play an important role in developing and supporting a modern ERP environment within a manufacturing business.
What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day technical and functional support of Epicor Kinetic.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Build and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, customisations, and reports.
- Use SQL and C# to develop and enhance ERP functionality.
- Work closely with manufacturing, finance, operations, and other teams to improve business processes.
- Support Epicor upgrades, implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to Epicor users.
- Work with external vendors and development partners where required.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Epicor ERP experience, including 10.2 and Kinetic.
- Hands-on experience with BAQs, BPMs, customisations, SQL and C#.
- Experience with Crystal Reports and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and core business processes and operations including finance & inventory management preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to figure things out and turn business problems into practical solutions.
- Strong team player
