Title: Marketing Manager
Duration: 4 Months (with possible extension)

Pay Rate: $ 50-60/hr (DOE)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the end-to-end execution of the Client''s Awards program. This role will coordinate assets, vendors, event logistics, partner communications, and program deliverables while working across travel, legal, creative, and partner-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 40+ concurrent workstreams, track KPIs, and ensure deadlines are met.
Quality-check and package partner logos, badges, collateral, and award assets.
Coordinate vendors, travel logistics, speaker schedules, release forms, and event communications.
Manage Box, SharePoint, mail merge, and content/platform management activities.
Track RSVPs, responses, feedback, and other program documentation.
Support award platform updates and ensure accurate, timely program execution.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in program/project coordination, event operations, or marketing operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Experience with Box, SharePoint, mail merge tools, or content management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.

2. Experience with Box, SharePoint, mail merge tools, and platform/content management systems

2. Strong written communication for mail merge execution, manual formatting, RSVP tracking, and stakeholder correspondence
