Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote 
Duration: 12+ Months with potential to extend
Pay Range: $65-$70/Hr on W2 (DOE)

Summary:

We are seeking a contractor to join our team in New York for a 1 year fixed term contract.

They should be passionate about the changing music ecosystem, technology and supporting our goal of connecting people through social media and music, the mobile ecosystem and business strategy. 
This role will be focused on the execution and management of promotional programming processes in support of music partners across the globe and will collaborate with multiple XFN teams to ensure a coordinated and best-in-class delivery of projects. 
The position is a 1 year fixed contract, based in New York

Must-Have Skills:
1    5+ years in the music industry. Detail oriented project manager, performance tracking, operational rigor 
2    Data Analysis, spreadsheets, analytical thinking
3    Experience in working with music industry 

Nice-to-have Skills:
1    Music promotional offerings at other DSP/technology/creative platforms and/or supporting teams that lead that work, at a label or streaming services
2    Spanish Speaking, to allow curating in music and Spanish 

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in working within music industry, with a focus on project management, program management, operations, and music partner management 
- Experience in working with music promotional offerings at other DSP/technology/creative platforms and/or supporting teams that lead that work
- Experience project managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, executed with a high level of strategy, communication, and operational rigor.
- Resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset geared towards delivering measurable impact 
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Experience working at a tech company is a plus. 
- Additional language skills (especially Spanish) desirable 

Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the execution and curation of weekly high-impact promotional offerings in partnership with music partnerships teams, focused on partner value and strategic curation, including delivery of performance metrics. 
- Maintain documentation of project execution / performance
- Attend team planning/execution meetings
- Partner across team to support high impact activations, partner management work and information sharing.

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
This role will be focused on the execution and management of promotional programming processes in support of music partners across the globe and will collaborate with multiple XFN teams to ensure a coordinated and best-in-class delivery of projects.
-    Music label partnership team
-    Manage relationships with music labels
-    Deals that enable us to have music on their platforms
-    Music Promotions, when music is added onto the reels
-    This role looks after all the services that have a promotional unit in the apps
-    Project manager skill role, repetitive tasks
