Job Description:-

The key responsibilities of the role include
Strong troubleshooting skills in a complex electronic trading environment
Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Establish a high level of quality for production systems
Ability to see the issue through to resolution even if the final fix doesn't lie with the support team

Key Experience Required

Experience with Murex end-to-end systems and latest versions
Exposure to dealing with Traders and supporting the system
Used to working in a fast-paced environment
Experience of working with Rates Credit SSA desks using ION MarketView or any other in-house applications
Knowledge of Murex functionality end-to-end to support trading
