Accountabilities- Lead engineering teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve project goals and meet organizational objectives.
- Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget.
- Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluation and enhancement of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity.

To be successful as a QIS Technology- Tech Lead, you should have:
- Knowledge in designing and developing enterprise solutions using Java
- Experience with Python and able to leverage it to create fit for purpose solutions
- Experience with reporting solutions like Power BI and creating user friendly reporting solutions using structured and unstructured data
- Experience in working with Quantitative Strategies or Indices and relevant product knowledge related to Equity and/or Commodity derivatives
- Ability in working with database and data stores - Oracle, SQL Server
Other highly valued skills include:
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster
- Validated ability to oversee and develop high-performing teams of 4-8 professionals
- Experience working in a Front Office environment, partnering closely with Trading and Structuring teams
- Experience with Docker, Cloud technologies, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of KDB

Minimum Salary: $170,000
Maximum Salary: $230,000
