Summary

Pay-range : $35/hr.-$40/hr.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements.

Analyze and improve Consumer Products workflows and processes. Partner closely with business stakeholders across licensing operations.

Support rights, royalty, and licensing management initiatives.

Create process documentation and functional requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams throughout implementation.

Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and business analysis.

Must Haves:

8+ years of Business Analyst experience.

Experience supporting Consumer Products organizations.

Strong understanding of licensing management.

Experience with rights management and royalty management.

Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
