Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful project execution
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project delivery activities
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met
Track project progress and communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Skills
6 Months 3 Years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
Exposure to Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, FinTech, or E-Commerce domains is a plus
