Business Analysis

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 6 Months + Extension

Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements through:

Stakeholder interviews
Workshops
Process walkthroughs

Produce high-quality artifacts:

BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents)
User stories
Use cases
Process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE)
Data mapping documents

Conduct:

Gap analysis
Feasibility assessments
Impact analysis for change requests

Act as the primary liaison between:

Business stakeholders
Technical teams
Ensure shared understanding of scope and priorities

Support:

UAT planning
Test case review
Sign-off coordination

Project Management

Own end-to-end project delivery, including:

Planning
Scheduling
Resource coordination
Risk management
Status reporting

Manage:

Project scope
Timeline
Budget
Proactively flag risks and drive mitigation plans

Facilitate sprint ceremonies in Agile/hybrid environments:

Sprint planning
Daily standups
Retrospectives

Maintain:

RAID logs
Project dashboards
Executive-level status reports

Coordinate across:

Multiple vendors
Internal teams
Stakeholders
