Senior Enterprise AI Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION -

Seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and enterprise-scale AI platform delivery, capable of leading global teams and driving AI adoption across the organization.

Experience: - 13+ Years

Location: - Remote / EST / CST hours

Responsibilities: -

• Lead, Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Ensure AI interactions are intuitive, secure, compliant, and trusted by employees.
• Implement governance guardrails covering sensitive data handling, content filtering, access controls, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead onsite and offshore engineering teams, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Drive architecture, design, code, and technical reviews while guiding troubleshooting and decision-making.
• Establish engineering best practices, deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance.
• Support production operations, observability, continuous improvement, and enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

• Experience leading distributed/global teams and managing senior stakeholders.
