About the Role
Newmark''s leasing technology platform powers leasing workflows for brokers and operations teams across the commercial real estate business, from prospecting and lead generation to lease comps, agency leasing, and deal tracking. We''re looking for an execution-focused Senior Product Manager to help drive our roadmap forward, working closely with engineering, design, GTM, and end users (brokers and ops) to ship features that get adopted and used.
This role is built for someone who thrives on getting things done, someone who can take a business problem, shape it into a clear solution, and drive it through design, build, and launch without needing constant hand-holding. You''ll work alongside our existing Leasing PM and Ops lead, and you''ll often need to cover ground beyond a narrow PM lane, including light design, GTM sequencing, and product marketing. You''ll also support international technology expansion initiatives, helping bring the platform to new markets.
What You''ll Do
Own execution of roadmap initiatives end to end, from problem definition through shipped feature and adoption tracking
Construct a clear definition of done for each initiative before work begins, and hold the team accountable to it through delivery
Translate broker, ops, and stakeholder feedback into clear requirements, user stories, and rough prototypes to validate direction early
Partner with engineering and QA to keep initiatives moving, unblocking issues and making tradeoff calls in the moment rather than escalating everything
Drive small, rapid shipments as the default cadence, while maintaining clear documentation for larger, multi-phase initiatives
Lead or support training, onboarding, and adoption efforts for new features; adoption is treated as a core part of the job, not an afterthought
Define and track success metrics (SMs) and leading metrics (LMs) for your initiatives, and report on them in regular team and stakeholder reviews
Collaborate with GTM and product marketing to sequence feature rollouts, including staged access, feature flag management, and targeted in-app guidance
Represent the product in broker meetings, onboarding sessions, and customer feedback conversations to keep decisions grounded in real usage
Support international technology expansion initiatives, including scoping requirements for new markets and adapting the roadmap to regional needs
What We''re Looking For
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in CRM, workflow tools, or B2B platforms, including experience owning initiatives at a senior level
A natural bias toward action: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning ambiguity without waiting for a fully-formed spec
Strong systems thinking, able to see how a feature fits into a broader workflow and anticipate downstream effects
Comfortable operating with "role compression," able to flex into design, prototyping, GTM planning, or product marketing as needed on a lean team
Ability to articulate business problems clearly, propose solutions, and mock up rough prototypes to test ideas quickly
Track record of defining and tracking product metrics to guide decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work
Rigor in constructing, communicating, and holding the team to a definition of done for each initiative
Comfort working on international or multi-market product initiatives, with sensitivity to regional differences in workflow and regulation
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), understanding of pipeline, contact, and account data models
Commercial real estate experience or domain familiarity: leasing, brokerage workflows, deal cycles, lease comps, or property management
Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) and feature flagging/rollout tools
Familiarity with AI prototyping tools for rapid validation
