Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience in PMI PMBOK methodologies, enterprise project planning, and portfolio tools, with a proven ability to build and manage comprehensive project plans, track status, and deliver outcomes on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Define and develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans.
- Establish required roles, tasks, and work breakdown structures aligned to PMI PMBOK standards.
- Create and maintain weekly status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and adjust schedules and plans as needed to meet objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS Project and CA Clarity or a related PPM tool.
- Demonstrated application of PMI PMBOK project management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication.
- Experience leading technical projects with structured planning and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience with enterprise portfolio governance and resource management.
