We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives—including cloud migrations, network modernizations, and data center operations. You will manage end-to-end project execution, drive a culture where dates matter, and act as the primary bridge between technical engineering teams, executive stakeholders, and external vendors.
Sheppard projects, IT co-workers & clients through IT project life cycle
Create and follow up on communication plans for each project
Coordinate with the IT organization and with each impacted plant to identify, prioritize, and manage projects and technology tasks
Develop, present, and lead project planning efforts including risks/issues, requirements definition, technical design, system documentation, user training, and production delivery while coordinating and communicating with business and technical resources
Manage the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle insuring appropriate documentation and processes to ensure compliance
Host and facilitate regular meetings with business and technical resources for status updates, requirements definition, technical design, architectural reviews, demand management, and audit review
Maintain appropriate status reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up with business partners and technical resources
