Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on construction progress, site conditions, and any challenges encountered, maintaining comprehensive records of on-site activities, including inspections, test results, and incident reports, ensuring accurate documentation of project milestones.
Identify and resolve on-site engineering and construction issues as they arise, particularly those unique to excavation and SEM tunnelling operations.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on large shafts, excavation, and tunnelling projects.
Preference for candidates with specific experience in Sequential Excavation Method (SEM) tunnelling, TBMs, shotcrete lining, and shaft construction.
Strong ability to act as a liaison between contractors, site supervisors, and project engineers, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Proven track record of enforcing safety protocols and monitoring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Excellent skills in preparing detailed reports and maintaining comprehensive records of on-site activities.
Demonstrated expertise in identifying and resolving on-site engineering and construction issues, particularly those related to excavation and tunnelling operations.
