Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITOM & Enterprise Integrations)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience to design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and enterprise platform integrations.
This role requires strong hands-on development skills in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server, along with experience building scalable workflows, automations, and integrations. Exposure to AWS, Terraform, and LeanIX is preferred.
Work Model: Hybrid (New York, NY / Clinton, NJ)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro.
- Develop scalable workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and enterprise middleware.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Configure Service Catalogs, Knowledge Management, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management modules.
- Implement Discovery and Service Mapping for infrastructure visibility.
- Support Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) implementations.
- Design secure integrations with cloud platforms and third-party enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize platform performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM and ITOM implementations.
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Strong JavaScript programming skills.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
