Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect to join our team for a client engagement with TCS in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, solution architecture, platform customization, and enterprise-level implementations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Lead ServiceNow platform architecture, technical design, and solution development.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Work with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other relevant platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, testing, and production deployments.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide guidance to development teams.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, Technical Lead, or ServiceNow Architect.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, business rules, client scripts, and Script Includes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and enterprise application connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes, CMDB, workflows, and platform architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in New Brunswick, NJ, four days per week.
  • Any Certification in ServiceNow preferred
